Spring Break II

I just dropped my sister off at the bus station an hour ago. I tried to tell her what an adventure the Greyhound can be, but I don't think she quite shares my enthusiasm. It was great to have her here. Time in the mountains, a little Scrabble, movies, lots of good food. Life back to whatever normal is on Monday. To the library tomorrow to find some fabulous books for school next week. Work a little on my resume to have handy. Hopefully a quiet weekend. More later.

  1. Dear Sarah,
I'm glad you had a great time with your "little" sister. I'm sure it meant a great deal to her. That is a long bus ride!
You are making me homesick for my Colorado mountains. They were such a part of my growing up, as well as the 16 years of ministry there at St. Patrick's and St. Catherine's.
This evening is our final "Christmas" dinner for the communities...Sacred Heart. And I am doing the cooking!!!
Continue to enjoy, even getting that resume written.
    Love and prayers, Paula

  2. Don't forget to include your proficiency with plumbing on that resume! Hope Mary Beth had a more pleasant return trip. Will be sending a few things that might be helpful to you at your next school.

  3. Greetings, Sarah Jane!

For some reason my comment did not print--hmmmmmmmm?

I commented on both the beauty of the mountain as well as the beauty of the three women pictured, en route!

Maybe Peru will hold some of this same kind of beauty, Sarah.

    Love,

    DON: Pat
